NewMadeleine in Spack

NewMadeleine stack is now available in the Spack package manager for Linux/Macos, see Github PR 289.

Example:

git clone --depth=2 https://github.com/spack/spack.git
. spack/share/spack/setup-env.sh
spack install nmad
# nmad is installed here:
NMAD_DIR=`spack location -i nmad`
# Update installation paths (PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, CPATH, CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH, PKG_CONFIG_PATH, ...)
spack load nmad
